Are you wondering how to help your child? Do they struggle with overwhelming emotions or out of control behaviors? Child therapy helps children, teens, and parents overcome challenges and develop solutions for long-term improvement. I work with children from pre-K through late teens, dealing with everything from routine transitions to anger and anxiety to poor self-esteem and self-harm. We use methods such as play therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy to build a therapeutic relationship and help children learn and embrace new tools to manage stressful situations and build a better future.
