Videos can be a great way to start a discussion with your family. Here are a few of my favorites. 

Aim for a discussion with your child rather than a lecture. Share your thoughts and feelings and invite your pre-teen/teen to do the same.

How did this video make you feel?
What came to mind as you watched this?
What was the message of this video? Do you agree or disagree?
What should society and media do differently?
